Shipping policy

Order Processing & Cutoff Times We strive to get your hardware deployed as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Orders: Typically process and ship within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Priority/Expedited Orders: Must be placed by 1:00 PM EST to be processed the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total dimensional weight of your cart. We utilize a tiered weight system to ensure fair and accurate freight pricing for everything from small components to heavy IT infrastructure.

Carrier Selection To provide the fastest and most reliable service, eFive partners with multiple top-tier national distributors. We reserve the right to select the final shipping carrier (typically FedEx or UPS) based on the closest warehouse with available inventory.

  • Note: Because we utilize multiple fulfillment centers, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Oversized Items & Freight (LTL) Enterprise hardware such as server racks, large UPS battery backups, large-format displays (60"+), and high-volume bulk orders often exceed standard ground shipping limits.

  • If your order requires LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight, standard checkout shipping rates may not fully cover the cost.

  • In the event of an oversized freight discrepancy, eFive reserves the right to hold the order and contact you with an updated custom freight quote before capturing payment or processing the shipment.

Bulk Orders & Procurement For high-volume corporate purchases or complete office build-outs, standard checkout shipping rates may not be the most efficient option. Please contact our sales team directly for bulk orders. We can often negotiate custom freight routing, provide specialized shipping quotes, or offer shipping waivers for orders paid via Bank Wire/ACH.

Address Verification & Fraud Prevention Due to the high-value nature of IT hardware, all orders are subject to strict fraud verification.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders over certain dollar thresholds may require manual verification, including matching the shipping address to the provided Corporate Name. If we cannot verify the business or shipping destination, the order may be delayed or canceled.

International Shipping At this time, eFive only ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer direct shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international destinations.
